We always try to ship our parcels within two (business) days. We always ship your item(s) completely ensured with PostNL. It takes up to 2 business days for PostNL to deliver your parcel. 

After we shipped your item(s) we will always send you the track & trace details, so you can follow the parcel yourself and check how long the delivery takes. 

Keep in mind that we ship from The Netherlands. If you live in another country the delivery times might be different (up to 4/8 working days).

Yes, that’s possible! It’s unfortunate that you don’t like your item, so we are sorry to hear that. 

Your item can be returned within 14 days (after the item is delivered to your door). Please note that our bid items cannot be returned to us. All items must be returned undamaged, unused by the buyer and accompanied by their original boxes, dust bags, tags, and/or authenticity cards. 

Let us know in advance by sending an email or Instagram message, otherwise we cannot process the return.

Our customer care team do their best to accommodate every return. Returns that do not meet our policy are subject to rejection. In the case that your return is rejected, it will be sent back to you.

The gift card can be bought in our shop in different amounts. You can choose yourself which amount you want to buy. After your purchase you will receive a confirmation mail. We will then process your order and make sure you receive the gift card(s) in a cute parcel to give it to your loved ones. On the physical gift cards you will find a unique code that can be used on the website (at your basket when checking out) or via Instagram (just send us a message with your unique code). 

After your payment your gift card will be valid for one year (from the purchase date).

No. We do not give any warranty on the item you purchase, so make sure you check the condition of the item before you purchase it and check it once you’ve received your item. Once you’ve worn the item we can’t offer you a refund.

Keep in mind that our items are pre-loved and most of the times vintage; that’s why they can have some signs of wear (that will be mentioned on the product page). If you have any concerns about your purchase you can return it within 14 days or contact us once you’ve received the item.

Here you fill in the unique code you received. Multiple giftcards can be used if wanted. Our webpage will automatically calculate the discount on the purchase amount.

Do you prefer buying an item via our Instagram page with your gift card? That is possible as well. You can just send us a message on Instagram and tell us in which item you are interested. We will send you a payment link via Instagram with the discount calculated in the price.
