If you continue to use this website or make a purchase via this website, you are agreeing to comply with, and be bound by, the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Vintasje relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
The term ‘Vintasje’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose with post address 7933, 5605 SH Eindhoven. Our company registration number is 81944845. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Shopping

Do you guarantee authenticity?

At Vintasje we guarantee that all our items are 100% authentic, so you can enjoy your beautiful pre-loved item(s) without having to worry about the authenticity. We make sure that all the items we are selling are 100% real.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept iDeal, Bancontact, Credit Card and PayPal. Customers from certain countries may be required to pay using bank wire transfer or confirmed PayPal addres. The items remain to be ours until full payment is received.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes. Should you find it necessary to cancel an order, you may do so prior to shipping. You can send us a message on Instagram or send us an email.

Is my information secure?
Yes. Your privacy and security are important to us. 

Pricing

Are prices negotiable?
Unfortunately not. Our prices are fixed at the amounts indicated on the webshop.

Do I have to pay bank charges?
Yes, all charges regarding payments or other extra bank charges will be paid by you. This includes all bank charges during purchasing and/or returning any item.

Shipping

Will I be charged for shipping fees?
We charge shipping fees for all orders placed. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your cart. We ship all orders with track& trace and secured, just in case. 

What carrier(s) does Vintasje use?
We mostly use PostNL or DHL to ship our items.

When will my item be shipped?
We aim to ship your order within 1 to 3 business days from the receipt of payment. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code via e-mail so you can track your order.

When will my order be delivered?
Delivery times are based on your location, weekends and holidays. We ship our items from Eindhoven, the Netherlands. The delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-2 business days. To other Europeans countries 2-5 business days, worldwide shipping can take up to 3 weeks.

Do you ship to all countries?
We ship everywhere in the world!

Who is responsible for customs fees/taxes?
The buyer of the item is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that are applied by his/her country.

What happens if my order gets lost during shipment?
First of all, we’re very sorry this happened. If the shipment gets lost by the carrier, we will start an investigation with the carrier. This normally takes up to 10 business days. We are not reliable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped, we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced.

Returns

Do you accept returns?
The return of design items is accepted within 14 days after you received the item. This means the item has to be shipped back to our office/postmarked within 14 days. Please note that bid items cannot be returned to us. Customers are fully responsible for the shipping costs regarding the return of the item(s) as well as the item(s) returning back to our office in its original state (same state as it left our office; unworn/ unwashed/ undamaged/ smell-free). Only when it arrives in its original state we are able to refund the full amount of the item(s). That is why we kindly ask you to ship the item back secured and registered (with track and trace), so we can assist you if any problem pops up. Shipping costs (and custom fees) will not be refunded. 

In order to avoid any problems after purchasing vintage items, please read the description and view the photos carefully. Please note the size measurements of the item and any flaws. Please remember all our vintage items are second hand. This almost always shows somewhere, even if we mention they are in excellent vintage condition.

How do I return my online order?
Please let us know by sending an e-mail to hello@vintasje.com saying you wish to return your order. We will respond to you within 2 business days and send you the return information. Ship the item securely and ship the item back to us on your own cost. Please ship the item secured and registered, so in case of a loss there will be no issues. 

When can I expect the refund of my order?
Once we have received your return, we will process the refund within 14 days via the payment method you chose to place the order.

Warranty

Do you offer warranty on a purchased item?

No. We do not give any warranty on the item you purchase, so make sure you check the condition of the item before you purchase it and check it once you’ve received your item. Once you’ve worn the item we can’t offer you a refund.

Keep in mind that our items are pre-loved and most of the times vintage; that’s why they can have some signs of wear (that will be mentioned on the product page). If you have any concerns about your purchase you can return it within 14 days or contact us once you’ve received the item. 

Cancellation & other policies

What if I find a free item on your webshop?
For obvious reasons, we do not sell free items (excl. shipping fee). If you come across an item that is listed for €0.00, then that’s a mistake from our side. Please don’t order, because we will not ship the item and we will cancel the order. We will not refund the paid shipping fees in this case, which is according to European Law.
