Will I be charged for shipping fees?
We charge shipping fees for all orders placed. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your cart. We ship all orders with track& trace and secured, just in case.
What carrier(s) does Vintasje use?
We use PostNL to ship our items. We always ship totally ensured.
When will my item be shipped?
We aim to ship your order within 1 to 3 business days from the receipt of payment. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code via e-mail or SMS so you can track your order.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery times are based on your location, weekends and holidays. We ship our items from Eindhoven, the Netherlands. The delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-2 business days. To other Europeans countries 2-5 business days, worldwide shipping can take up to 3 weeks.

Who is responsible for customs fees/taxes?
The buyer of the item is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that are applied by his/her country.
What happens if my order gets lost during shipment?
First of all, we’re very sorry this happened. If the shipment gets lost by the carrier, we will start an investigation with the carrier. This normally takes up to 10 business days. We always ship our items completely ensured, so if anything happens with the parcel you will get your money back. Note that we are not reliable for any misplaced or stolen packages.
