Return policy

At Vintasje, we hope you love everything you order from us! However, if something isn’t quite right, please let us know as soon as possible. Returned items must arrive at our warehouse within 14-days.

Please make sure that returns have a major impact on our planet. We therefore ask you to carefully review all item details on the product page before making a purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, read our return policy below:

• To request a return, you can send an email to hello@vintasje.com. In order to process your request, we will need your email address and order number.

• We only offer refunds if the item is unused or undamaged and the refund request is made within 14 days of receiving the order. The returned items must arrive at our warehouse within this 14-day window.

• We do not reimburse shipping costs for returns.

• If you return items to us, we recommend tracking and insuring your return shipment, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns without the original packaging cannot be processed.

• We carefully inspect our items before they are shipped. If a product is different from what was described or did not arrive in good condition, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period can no longer be processed.

• Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for items that are not returned in accordance with the guidelines above.

• Refunds will be issued to the account used for the original order.

• It may take 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
