Bag Charm Ice cream

Every item in our collection has been previously loved and may therefore show some signs of wear. We carefully photograph and describe the condition of each piece, including any imperfections, to give you the clearest possible idea of what you’re purchasing.

As each piece is pre-owned, small signs of use are completely normal and part of what makes every item unique.

Every piece in our collection goes through a thorough authenticity check before it becomes available online. This way, you can shop your favorite designer pieces knowing they have been carefully verified.

We stand behind every item we sell and guarantee 100% authenticity, so you can enjoy shopping pre-loved with confidence. With every item comes an online Vintasje Certificate of Authenticity as well, so make sure to check your mailbox after your purchase.

We aim to ship your order within 2 business days. All parcels are shipped with UPS, while smaller letterbox parcels are sent with PostNL.

For extra peace of mind, every order is covered by external shipping insurance, so your package is always insured while on its way to you.

Since every pre-loved piece has its own history, no two items are exactly the same. We’ve created a 6/10 to 10/10 scale condition category to give you a clear idea of the condition of each item before you buy:

1. 6/10 ‘Fair Condition’: A piece that has been enjoyed over time, with noticeable signs of wear and some imperfections.
2. 7/10 ‘Good condition’: Previously used with visible wear and/or minor imperfections, which are reflected in the photos and description.
3. 8/10 ‘Very good condition’: A well-kept piece with light signs of previous use.
4. 9/10 ‘Excellent condition’: Beautifully maintained with only very subtle signs of wear.
5. 10/10 ‘Like new’: Untouched and in exceptional condition, with no visible wear.

We always recommend taking a close look at the product photos and condition details, as every pre-loved item is one of a kind.
