As each piece is pre-owned, small signs of use are completely normal and part of what makes every item unique.

Since every pre-loved piece has its own history, no two items are exactly the same. We’ve created a 6/10 to 10/10 scale condition category to give you a clear idea of the condition of each item before you buy:

1. 6/10 ‘Fair Condition’: A piece that has been enjoyed over time, with noticeable signs of wear and some imperfections.
2. 7/10 ‘Good condition’: Previously used with visible wear and/or minor imperfections, which are reflected in the photos and description.
3. 8/10 ‘Very good condition’: A well-kept piece with light signs of previous use.
4. 9/10 ‘Excellent condition’: Beautifully maintained with only very subtle signs of wear.
5. 10/10 ‘Like new’: Untouched and in exceptional condition, with no visible wear.
